Question to all KPS girls. Can you tell when your period is coming (2 Viewers)

Do you have a way of telling when your period is going to come? Besides counting days of course, that one is obvious, but does your body send you any signs?

I get 2!
Like a week before my period my body gets relly sensitive. Like so sensitie that my shirt moving slighty can be uncomfortable
And then like 3 days before the period I get diarrhea. Like so bad my shit turns to water. That is when I know to stock up on pads.

I'm not a girl but i have a friend and i can predict her period better than she can, its just usually roughly a month, I can tell when its been a while since the last. (me and her are real open about everything lol)

Pretty sure that is the less accurate version of counting days! But she is lucky to have a friend like you!

I always use an app to count the days for me. It’s much easier. And about the signs... a week before the period I start to eat more and my breast get sensitive

I use the app too but my period is very irregular so it's either super early or super late. I also don't get any physical symptoms or any cramps (or other pains) so my only indicator is literally just my mood. If I'm angry over nothing, I know I'll be getting it within a few days.

Ooof that sucks that it is irregular. Mine are like semi-regular, the start can differ by a few days. I also have a really long time between them, like 40 days.

And my diet and exercise routine is constantly changing so I'm not surprised honestly. When it comes on time, I get it every 28ish days. When it doesn't, I can get it as fast as 15 days or as long as 2-3 months (longest was actually 4 months but that was a one time thing). It lasts for about 2-5 days too so it's not all that bad. But yeh, my diet impacts it really badly.

Since I own a lot of cats who like to scratch people (if you piss them off or give them their food like 3 seconds late!), my body regularly has its' period in arms, legs etc.

Now, that I am part of this conversation, I want to point out that I can see my period coming when I realize I'm late for giving them food.

Not really any signs, but my body just sort of knows ... Like whenever I get near that time of the month my stomach kind of gets a gut feeling and it starts soon after.

But with the medication I'm on I don't really experiencing them anymore so idk.

general pms the week before but that includes a variety of symptoms and are different each time, so migraines, swollen enlarge boobs, heightened temperature, random burst of anger, general ovary pain, back and leg pain, spots, being lethargic, cravings for particular food and the need to eat... Stuff like that...

On the rare occasion I don't get anything like that which can be difficult as my cycle varies between the amount of days and it delayed by stress or medicine, and that shit comes heavy like a waterfall =_=
