I started before 1 and it’s 2:48 and I’m still chopping things to be added
I did get like half an hour where the soup was simmering where I went to work on my puzzle but I did a lot of watching over what was cooking and chopping things and making sure nothing gets burned

Puchero de tres carnes. It has 3 meats that you need to fry separately, plus onions that need to after, then it needs to simmer and soupify for a bit, then you (theoretically) take out the meat and individually boil potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, carrots, cabbage, and plantains, though I don't do that. I don't add cabbage or squash and I dump them all in in order of what takes the longest to boil to shortest to boil. And that's not even considering that you're supposed to make salsa to add to it.
