I do not understand my professor (1 Viewer)

Two weeks ago we had an essay due and now I have to write another essay for my film analysis class, so I decided to go back to my first essay and open it and see what I missed points on so this time I can make sure to fix my mistakes and earn more points but, as it turns out, my first essay isn't even graded yet so I'll just be winging it.

And how is he gonna grade my discussion for essay 1 (an assignment due A WEEK AFTER the first essay) but not the essay itself? Did he open the discussion and ctrl+f and type in my name or what?

If he can grade the paper at turtle speed then we should get double that amount of time to write the stupid thing

Why should he get longer to grade it than you do to write it?

I may have worded that wrong, I mean if he's going to take 1 month to grade it then we should have 2 months to write it. My prof gave us 2 weeks between both of these essays but still hasn't graded essay #1.

Yeah that’s what I was getting at too, but more like if he can take a month to mark it you should at least have a month to write it
