I feel like this happens a lot lately

I'm in that mode right now, I've been sleep deprived for the past 2 days. I took some sleeping pills an hour and half ago but they haven't kicked in yet. I definitely could have fallen asleep earlier but I had to get up and go to the bathroom which ruined it.

idk... I had a hard time sleeping the other night bc I was sick (I'm better now, though - no more cold/flu). I took my prescription sleeping pills, drank warm tea, changed my sleeping environment, nothing. Finally, I went to the bathroom. When I got back in bed after that, I was out like a light. lol So bathroom breaks sometimes CAN help you sleep!

I take medication to help put me to sleep so i'm usually knocked out after like an hour of taking them. Doesn't matter if I want to sleep or not.

i wish mine didn't kick in so fast. it makes it hard for me to do anything before i actually knock out
