I'm slowly loving the rain as well. My work slows down when it rains and I get to listen to the rain fall, it's nice and comforting.

It feels very comforting knowing that you are warm, under a safe roof, while outside it is cold and nature is having a meltdown. Both the strong rains & the small pitter patters are nice :)

if you get sick badly pretty bad bc of that and now have a break from school/work then yeah it's a pretty cathartic experience

No I don't think so... they just make feel that way when I'm annoyed or very humid car rides
