I’ve never ever bleached my hair. Which is surprising because I dye it often

Mine too, I loathe washing it because I have to constantly pick the hair off of myself and it continues falling out. I don't know why it's so angry at me all the time, I've even tried washing my hair with cold water and it still falls out. I use OLAPLEX shampoo and conditioner so you'd think it would be OK.
