So I stopped smoking since 1 month and 1 week ago. It’s my second time stopping now, and I’m planning to hold onto it now for multiple reasons. It’s not that hard stopping with smoking if you just focus your mindset onto it and you really want it. If you don’t want it completely, then it’s gonna be hard yeah.
