no, I think it's just the lighting. I do have highlights, but they're blonde and also fading.

I do, actually. It's a rare (but now more recognizable than it was when I was born) genetic disorder called CHARGE syndrome. My voice is slurrd-ish bc I have a palsy on the left side of my face, which is one of the characteristics of CHARGE. Some others include:
-differently-sized eyeballs (like in my case, you see how my left eyeball is significantly smaller than my right?)
-abnormally-shaped ears
-heart defects (mine was fixed when I was a baby, though)
-deafness and blindness (or hard-of-hearing and low vision - that's me)
-ADD
