It depends... Sometimes I will buy Starbucks (which will have milk + sugar), but at home I usually have creamer with my coffee and nothing else. I used to make my own sweet mochas/iced coffee, but I haven't had them in a while because I don't feel like it these days

When I tried to get into coffee in the past, I usually ordered regular ~ milk with sugar ~ because I needed that bit of sweetness.

But, I'm not a coffee drinker anymore.
