My mom always makes the best arroz con leche, that I always called lychee rice XD even tho there's no lychse in it. <.<
Also, pumpkin pie empanadas which technically isn't traditional but it is with her XD

And ice halwa. These thin sheets of sweet deliciousness.
And grandma's sheero. I don't know how to describe the indian ones but you can look them up

I had some and was traumatized by how sugary and cavity inducing they were.
There was this one aunty who made them when I was a kid. SO GOOD
and then she moved to texas x.x

Arepa de Maiz/Torta de Maiz [it's not like Colombian or Venezuelan arepas]
