There’s this sushi place sort of near where I live and my mom and I have been there before but this time I got somethin’ different and it was life changing!

So I don’t like sushi because I can’t stand the idea of eating raw fish, but this place has a huge vegan sushi menu. I forget the name of the sushi roll i got but it had cucumber, jalapeños, vegan crab, onions and three spicy sauces on top along with more jalapeños. I also got Crunch Inari which is rice tucked into deep fried tofu pockets, and it had a chunk of tofu on top with some onions and it had tons of crunchy flakes coating every delicious bite and oh my goodness I’m sad I don’t have leftovers
It was amazing, expensive, but amazing!!!!
