Did you plan your next trip? Or do you prefer random plans?

I already planned my trip for June. I mean I tend to plan a lot so I booked housing and flight and already decided pretty much what I want to visit. And btw, I'll visit London and Paris.

Next trips to Japan for later this year are already booked. Visiting the family in Hokkaido for Obon and then back out to Tokyo again in October for the Tokyo Motor Show during my birthday.

Aside from those small trips me and the wife are already planning our next two big trips. Seoul before flying to Hokkaido and then working our way down the Tohoku Region through places such as Aomori, Yamagata, Miyagi etc till we reach Tokyo. And this trip will be during the Autumn foliage.
Then the next trip after that will be Busan before flying to Osaka/Kyoto and working our way south through Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Matsumoto till we reach Kagoshima. This will also be during the Autumn season.

And apart from those might do a few more visits to Korea/Japan for K Pop concerts.

I'm unlucky with trips. Feb was supposed to be a Japan trip with friends but due to work stuff, he had to back out. Then we went for a cheaper option- Vietnam, this time I had to back out

Then, my parents decided they wanna visit London and the UK in July and I was supposed to tag along, but I'll have other commitments then so I backed out again

I'll probably just fly to Thailand for a week in the fall.

We are quite fortunate enough to know family/friends throughout Japan which makes our trips a lot more cheaper.

I’m a weird person. I scan weeks in advance for less touristy places, then I wing it once I get there. It’s either that, or I wait until 10 pm to bother planning
