In a congested, runny nose, itchy throat/bad cough kinda way. It's been about four days now.

Does anyone have any food recommendations? What do you normally do when you're sick?

Soup sounds really good thank you, I'm about to sit in some steam for a while and hopefully clear up some congestion

I did have Ramen yesterday, I think it helped a lot. Do cold drinks really help?

when your throat hurts yes, it does
for me at least, it sooths it

I usually will eat soup or nice warm noodles and throughout the day I’ll snack on saltine crackers or ritz.

Dayquil in pill form is seriously amazing

Get plenty of rest. In case you have no appetite for food, warm milk does wonders. I drink it when I catch a cold and don't feel like eating.

I hope you feel better! I'd recommend some hot tea as well, if you have any to drink.
