I chew on my lips a lot. I don’t even realize I do it tbh. Although one time I chewed a very large piece off and it prevented me from chewing on my bottom lip for a few days because it hurt so bad. But I usually don’t do that very often, only when I’m really stressed.

I do the same. I usually have lip balm so it doesn't get wind burn or flesh peeling.
