its probably not that unusual to french people but the most unusual thing i've ever eaten was escargots. i ate it on my trip and it surprisingly tasted better than i thought

There’s a Korean dish called Sannakji - which is recently diced octopus so everything is still twitching on the plate while you’re eating. It’s really delicious but looks pretty funky

When I was a child, I remember going to an Asian restaurant with my family and their friends and eating the snails.
We had to use toothpicks to dig them out of their shells. I think they were marinated....?

It was unusual, but it was something one of my friends came up with one day at lunch.

It is a slice of cheese pizza with apple sauce and crumbled chocolate chip cookies on top. I tried it and I was surprised with how good it was
