I think w bts its the most visible. As an army since 2017, earlier content was less filtered and focused on the western market. Its most visible in their vlives and music. You wouldnt imagine hyyh era bts creating a song like butter or ptd

Love Dive was great and all, but After Like was a pretty terrible follow-up imo, remaking an old cheesy song with new (and weird) lyrics, and yet it was hailed online by many as a continuation of Love Dive’s greatness.

BlackPink sometimes they deserve the awards for such achievement, like for Best GG 2022 at MAMA, I felt like they didnt deserve it
But even if its not awards, BLACKPINK is still overly popular (But I still appreciate their presence Globally)
