I looked it up, I might have to try it. Do you use a tajine or do you do something else? Im considering a cast iron pan but idk if I have an oven safe lid and the recipe I found involves baking

The most difficult to find are the spices. I didn’t find everything here but the result was pretty good anyway:)) and you don’t need a lot of vegetables!!! One of the easiest to make is the chicken, olives, lemon and onions one

I have a lot of spices actually, the only one I don’t have that the recipe i use calls for is saffron and that can be subsitituted. I’m planing on the chicken onion and lemon one, I hate olives so I don’t want them in it

You can use olive oil then :))
I don’t eat olives either when we make it!
And as a side we usually make chips (fries)
