basically saying that the mind is a blank slate, and all emotions, knowledge, and understanding comes from experience^^

i personally do believe in this. taking in that people are not born a certain way. the people in your life, the experiences that you go through, and the things you see affect the way you turn out to be. for example, trauma can shape a person. i guess in a way you are taught what you believe. another example being racism. i don't think anyone is born racist, rather we are taught it through experiences.

even tho humans have some personality traits, that come from genes, morals never get transmitted and i think that's the most important thing

In Psychology classes the profs sometimes talk about things like that. Honestly it's kind of crazy to sometimes see how certain people claim that they are being born with certain traits. In general the experiences you make (parenting, trauma, friendships, etc.) shape you a whole lot more than genetic disposition! Sadly claiming things like "xy is like this because they were born like that" can be used to really fuel certain political ideas in people...
