Last night I woke up a little and was attempting to get comfy and in my half asleep state I banged the back my head against my end table. It hurt so bad I was extremely shocked I wasn’t bleeding, it took about 30 minutes for the pain to subside for me to go back to sleep. And today it still hurts like crazy, I don’t really have a headache and somehow there’s only a small bump but it feels like there’s a very hard rock stuck to my head (it’s the only way I know how to explain it). I can’t put my hair up and whenever I bend down it feels like I’m hitting it all over again. Also apparently my mom says I look very pale but besides what I just mentioned I don’t feel like it’s necessarily an emergency… At least I hope not. ​

I just want the rock feeling to go away tbh, it’s just getting worse and my first instinct is to lay down and rest but each position I lay in hurts
