i wasn't expecting much from the movie but this is pretty bad

fun fact, Paramount released both the highest grossing movie of 2022 (Top Gun Maverick) and the biggest box office bomb (Babylon)

amsterdam deserved nothing for that transphobic abuser david o russell! hypocritical of so-called feminists like her or taylor swift to work with a man like that when they literally could choose not to. but also it was a shit movie that i'm glad i pirated and not wasted my time on in theaters.

holy f*ck... i mean i could see they put a lot into the marketing given the fact that i keep seeing the trailer each time i go to the movies no matter what the movie is - even the middle schoolers i saw at my screening of black panther 2 were unfortunate to see that painfully unfunny dance from brad's character (which didn't make the final cut from what i've heard) - but i would never think it cost that much money. top gun was probably the most fun i've had in a theater my entire life so it doesn't surprise me, this movie was just meant to see that way. babylon apparently not so much...
