Regarding 3rd Generation I'd say Blackpink, because they made K-Pop more popular in the West. And Dreamcatcher, because they brought the Rock sound into K-Pop.

However, BIGBANG is most often credited with creating the first "official" lightstick (sometimes referred to more as a "fanlight"): the Bang Bong.

YG Entertainment boy group, BIGBANG member G-DRAGON is the one who started this KPOP Lightstick Culture. He designed the first Lightstick in KPOP history in the year 2006. It was called the crown-stick

dreactacher are only popular with i-fans though. they are basically nothing in korea. the rock sound itself is nothing new to kpop.
