what is dirty tea?

Tea with a shot of espresso in it. It's usually done as dirty chai, but I've been doing it in the winter spice tea I like from Peet's.

It's from a restaurant that describes itself as a Mediterranean restaurant - so a little bit of all of that. 😬 It's like my fave Persian restaurant mixed with my fave Greek one..
