My guess is that Mika will be a 4-star for a rerun character banner (mostly likely Eula). As for Dehya, I heard that she works well for Burgeon teams.

mika's not the problem, it's dehya. i fell for her the first time i saw her and i knew i wanted her. and eula, i've wanted her since her first banner but i lost the 50/50 on that. and hu tao is having a rerun in the next update. so i don't know what i'm gonna do lol

I feel bad for you. I am waiting for the second half weapon banner because I want Aqua Simulacra. But the weapon banner only gives me Polearms and catalysts

I hope you get it! I wish I had it too, but my yelan already does a crap ton of damage with the bow i got from the event in the chasm. it would still be nice to have her signature bow though.
