idt I need to say this for KS but, please remember to be respectful, this is just to start up a conversation for something that I’ve noticed recently.

During fan & idol interactions, what do you think when the fan mentions a specific body part of the idol they like? (Not things like a mole, bunny teeth, eyes, dimples) but things like abs, chest, legs, etc…

Do you think it’s inappropriate? A harmless compliment? Etc…

I personally would never mention a body part like a toned chest or whatever during a fan call because the members are just strangers to me and that just feels really random to me. I would have a hard enough time just saying “hello” I ain’t about to compliment their abs . Maybe something such as complimenting their smile (because I love their smiles).

This too, I would never bring up a woman's body unless they specifically got toned for a comeback or sth, but that's usually only male idols who bulk up. It's fine to comment on things like dimples/animals they resemble, but there's a line that should not be crossed.

Oooh yeah a really great way to put it.
I applaud the idols who are able to sort of change the subject after a comment makes them uncomfortable (whether it be because something like the thread’s subject or something else) because they can’t really say “You made me uncomfortable.” Because then they risk backlash for being honest

I know this is a sensitive subject in general, so I'll say it's definitely inappropriate.
For girl groups, they've been getting heat from labels to lose weight before debuts and comebacks so they don't need the additional, judgemental pressure/stress and passive-aggressiveness from fans.

If the fans truly love them, they should enjoy the moments with their favorite groups by Not saying anything stupid and making it uncomfortable for both sides.

The groups are there to enjoy the moments as well. They work long hours and get to have a break by finally meeting fans and hoping to have fun.

In those moments, it's much better for fans to genuinely tell them they love them for working very hard, are supportive of them, and looking forward to future music or something like that. That's what they want to hear because they might be having a bad day internally even though they've been smiling for the fans.
So, a little genuine word of encouragement with love can go a long way and brighten their day.
