Today I found out that lime flavoured milk is not a worldwide thing. I always thought it was everywhere.

Is there something you just found out is popular in your country, food, drink or other wise, that you only recently found out wasn't popular in other countries?

but also I was surprised that the toasted marshmallows covering sweet potato casserole thing is fiercely and exclusively american or so i've been told.

Off the top of my head, milk makes me think of bagged milk. I heard it’s more common in places Canada. Not so much the states though.

There’s some places here in the states that sell it. My dad used to pick up bagged milk at a local gas station.

I’d imagine deep fried foods are more of an American thing. I have had deep fried oreos but I haven’t had other foods.

Also, back when bacon was really trendy, that was probably American as well. I remember seeing bacon flavored milkshakes among other things.

I know Dr Pepper isn’t as widely available outside of the states as well.

Ah not from my country, but Japan is known to have a lot of diverse flavors of kit kats and other brand sweets. I’ve heard of sake, green tea, and a few other unusual flavors being sold there.

sorry I could go on and on. I like talking about food sometimes so I have acquired random knowledge on stuff. ^^;

I think that is American because I don't think I've ever heard of it anywhere except American TV shows.

its basically tea plus a ton of sugar
(I'm skipping a ton but its basically a staple drink there)

It's shocking how many adults can be fooled in to snipe hunting. It's also shocking how quickly a cow can get up and chase you. Not that I would know from experience.
