Like how do people get by after acl surgery without people to help them out? I’m so dependent on others to get me food, water, help me with wound care, go to the pharmacy for me, ect. My next task I’m so excited about (not really) is showering. Like yeah I want to be clean but I also want to not have to deal with stuff like potentially falling and reinjuring myself. So yeah, fun times

If you don't have a shower chair you should get one. And we need help in life. Just be glad no one has to wipe your butt yet.

Line your shower with a blow up kiddie pool. Kinda like a drunk tank and you'll be fine. If you get the one with a slide it might even be fun.
