Why was this on my recommended? No way in hell am I consistently waking up before the sun comes up. I’m sure there will be days I need to get up early, but that day is not every single day

I got up at 6 two weeks ago bc I had to work elsewhere. But for whatever reason I felt really good that morning, so now I get up at 6 on weekdays.
Now I'm not saying the article is right... but they might be on to something

You must have been paid off by Yahoo, only explanation

I most certainly was not given any two billion-dollar amount to say that statement of persuasion.

On days I work I have to get up at 4:30. Waking up at 6 on a work day would be a dream come true...

[Magician]

I always wake up at six (7-8am on weekends, when I'm lazy or sick) and it really improved my life. I have so much time in the morning and I usually do the chores I know I'm too exhausted to do after work
When you live alone, work full-time has to do the all the chores by yourself then time managment is everything

[StrayMixx]

the real question, Vix, is why are you using Yahoo?

I think I can speak on this as someone who woke up at 4 AM everyday for 4 months, it's terrible. I would not recommend it, I went to sleep at 7 PM like an old person
