Happiness to me is the goal of life, I want to live my days without regrets or worry. Happiness looks like spending my days doing what I want to do, not what other people expect of me or think I should do.

I think happiness is looking forward to the things you're doing. Sure there can be some things you don't want to do, but do anyway. But, in general, waking up each day wanting to go about the day.
