I don't have a big problem watching gory stuff at all, even as a kid

I used to a lot. The saw series used to be my favorite.
But now, if it's attached to the horror genre I'm a pansy.

I can handle it with anything else tho

Yet I can yet I manage to see the gore even if somethings like bugs come out

I can watch,however freaks me out in the end so I can handle but the after its over (the entire movie) I react with flashbacks
even I cant even stand looking at weird small holes EW!

it's definitely amazing if it's real props rather than cgi/vfx

Yes, as long as it's not done too over the top. The gore has to make sense to me, and not just there to be there.

I was able to handle Wrong Turn, Hostel, The Ring, some Saw series, and stopped because I realized I didn't want to have multiple small heart attacks anymore.

It's not that I can't watch that, but I do tend to cringe/look away when the gorey content appears..
