Based on google it sounds like they are, but the smaller they are the less dangerous generally. So a house centipede would be less dangerous than one of the 10 inch centipedes that exist.

Oh..cuz I’ve always had those around they always run away though. Some of them can get ginormous

For a bug that size it’s generally for no chance against a human sized creature, their venom is most useful for small insects. Unless you’re known to have an insect allergy if some kind you’d be in virtually no danger.
