HONESTLY, I cant wake up on my own so I have a alarm clock

I PUT TWO IN CASE I MISS THE FIRST ALARM & THAT WAY I CAN WAKE UP AT MY TIME
otherwise I become a grumpy bear
and Ive tried to wake up on my own & it barely happens (Unless I get cramps or feel uncomfortable in my sleeping position )​

I also have two alarms. One at 4:25 and one at 4:50. I usually just turn off the first one, but it gets me stirring enough that the second one gets me moving.

Weekdays -- 3 alarm clocks with 3 snoozes each.
Saturday/Sunday -- naturally wakes up at the time body is conditioned to wake up on Monday-Friday
