gosh, in retrospect ig i don't mind the maleficent movies since they at least do something different instead of the mostly copy and paste stuff of the more modern remakes, but like, they fundamentally misunderstand why maleficent is so beloved and popular? She's mean, petty, a bitch, and fabulous and we love that. let her be evil dammit
