I know two months or so ago there was a large influx of members and concerns from existing folks. Everything seems to be quieter now, so how’s everyone feeling now?

We had an influx of new members and there were concerns???

I don’t understand either

Yeah, about 2 months ago a bunch of people came in from another place. There were lots of new members signing up every day for about 2 to 3 weeks (you can see the activity in the new members thread) and folks here were commenting they’d never seen so many members, as well as voicing concerns about the new people (mostly tied to them bringing stuff from their old place) with some even taking breaks until everything calmed down.

Activity seems to have stabilized. Some of the new members stayed and became active here and love it (like me!), some stayed but aren’t very active, some went back to the old place when it settled down, some aren’t active here or there so maybe discord?

I was just wondering how people are feeling now here..

sorry for derailing though, uhh to stay on topic, I dipped for a year and came back around the influx. I think I am fine? I might like it more now bc I have some old and new friends here and I really enjoy the chill and positive environment :)
