What is your favorite taste combination?



I love spicy and sweet together. For Gujju dishes, my grandma would use palm sugar for the sweet element and it’s so good especially in spicy lentil soups. It’s a heavenly combo. The sweetness is subtle while your nose runs from the spicy heat.
Throw in some dokri (a type of Indian noodle/pasta) and it’s nice and hearty.​

It’s just something with flavor that isn’t really salty. Like a chicken pot pie or pizza.
salt is used ofc but it’s not a highlighted ingredient compared to French fries where you need the salt to do more than just enhance.

Oh i see, yeah i like savory and sweet stuff then. Like pies, or sponge cakes. Not creamy stuff, but big fluffy a lil bit of cream stuff
