I know exactly 0 Italian words (I think) and haven’t studied any languages for a while. So why is this relevant?

Also a second one. Why is this an article to begin with and why do they think that I didn’t pass like 2nd grade or whenever we learned it?

You'd be surprised at how many Americans don't know the answer, especially with the fact that the United States has several "inhabited territories" and only some of them grant you American citizenship (for example, people born in Puerto Rico are American citizens and people born in American Samoa are not).

Yeah but I’d expect most people to know there’s a difference between territories and states
