True, i love those. Should buy some...I buy the frozen filets and cook them in the oven.
Tried that... Almost died from a bone that's slimmer than my hairWell... I do it by not swallowing them.
Or at least by trying avoid the bones.
Will buy that next timeHonestly it's a struggle to have to pick ur bones out while eating
Salmon usually doesnt have that many bones

We caught our own fish not too long ago, and i still have traumaby only eating boneless fish :>
I thought it was the other way....it is a talent to not swallow any...
I eat a lot of wild salmon, which can be riddled with little pin bones. Most of them are small enough that you can ingest them, but to avoid the choking hazard bones, I stick with thinner cuts. It's usually the thick cuts that have the larger, choke-inducing bones.HOW TF DO U NOT CHOKE ON THE BONES?

These are actually so useful, gonna note it down!!!!Pull out the bones. If you can't see the little bones, press on the flesh with your fingers to feel them out. Once you've figured out which parts of the fish have bones (there are patterns) you'll get the hang of pulling them out.
Practice, lots of practice...HOW TF DO U NOT CHOKE ON THE BONES?
I don't know if you are you being serious or if are you trolling.
Serious answer ~ We know fish have bones so we first chew carefully, sort them out with our tongues, then pull them out of our mouths with our fingers or spit them onto a napkin.
