It does sound like a bullying word because it is a synonym to the word failure, like something did not do well.

For example ~ The game flopped, the movie flopped, etc.

So, I'm glad I'm beyond the level of being a Flop! Just kidding, newbies, just kidding.
I even wondered why the intro title was Flop, too, in my first month.

But, now I think the site staff was trolling us to break the ice of awkwardness? I don't know.
