Well to be fair it’s not like the US is the only country with daylight saving time so you’d have to call a decent number of other countries stupid
Plus theoretically we might end it this year? Not sure because last year it also passed the senate vote and fizzled out but it’s possible still. But at least there’s a possibility and some action towards it vs some other countries.

We're supposed to be world leaders so I hold the US to a highier standard. So at this point any country that still has daylight savings time is stupid because the US is stupid... The US must take responsibility for this Stupidity...

I think the world leader card has been revoked ages ago
I do wonder if any other countries are actively trying to get rid of daylight saving time. I only know that the US is and that Canadas realistically not.

Well now they’re holding onto Americas leg because they’ve mostly seemingly decided that when the US abolishes daylight saving time they’ll abolish it too, though the level and certainty varies by province. Like BC will as soon as the western US does, Ontario will if Quebec and New York will, Quebec might but nothing certain, some already have permanent times, and the rest idk. Like it does make sense business wise ig to be on the same timezone as your close business partners I suppose. Also all the knowledge is from google so it might be off in some places

I hope the legislation passes to have this be the last time adjustment. It sucks to wake up early and have lost an hour. Even the extra sun in the winter doesn't last long enough to justify the clock change. Like, one extra week of sunlight is not enough to ruin my sleep twice a year for several days.
