I have a massive pain underneath my shoulder blade. Like it hurts to move in any way shape or form. It’s getting worse as the day goes on. It even hurt to get up off the toilet earlier ​

I really noticed it yesterday because it was rough but minor pains I don’t really notice

usually they go away after a couple of days but sometimes if you rub certain creams on the affected area it helps...
