Title tells you what you need, but if not here's how I consider them.
Physical health is everything from strength, stamina, height, weight and so on, your general physical health.
Mental health, is your feelings of self-worth, confidence, and general outlook on life, that sums up your mental health.
Should you be allowed to sacrifice one for the other? Can you choose? I.E should a person perfectly comfortable being unhealthily overweight feel bad, and lose weight to become healthier, likewise should an underweight person that is confident in themselves gain weight to improve their physical health, though it might make them lose self-confidence.
