Nah, I get away with murder. But I was looking for a job when I found this one so it wouldn't really matter.
If you are good at your job.
Make everyone realize they are going to work a lot harder with out you.
Know employment laws.
Are not afraid to argue.
Are not afraid to lose your job.
Are a member of a Union.
It puts you in a very powerful position.

O, and it helps to pretend to care deeply about your job...
