When I hear someone say kpop is for teenage girls it makes me laugh, knowing how many users on KS are very much not teenagers I'm older than teenage years, not as much as some here but probably "old" in many peoples eyes anyways. It's weird that people try to claim that people are too old for a type of music. How do you guys feel about people with opinions like these? Do you laugh? Cry? Agree with them? Anything goes (as long as it's not hateful).

i cant imagine thinking growing up and suddenly you lose all ur interests, hobbies, and personality like what else r we suppose to enjoy? TAXES?! 😭

TBH the attitude of "once you're X, you can't like Y" probably explains why a lot of people feel bored af in their lives. Eat the dino eggs oatmeal, go roller skating, listen to pop music. Life's too short to limit your choices to only things you find boring because you think they're "more appropriate" for your age or whatever.

I always found that mindset very astounding too

But in the end all those statements are mainly meant to put others down and show your own superiority, which ofc is the main goal of every human being (apparently)

Dino eggs oatmeal?

It's oatmeal where there are these little eggs that reveal dinosaurs when you add the hot water. xD It adds a nice texture to it. I just remembered it, because when I was buying groceries for the first time, my mom criticized me wanting the dino eggs one saying I should be adult enough to get plain oatmeal.

Dino eggs oatmeal > plain oatmeal

Yes! They're basically just pressed and shaped brown sugar.

I looked it up, I was imagining that the dinosaurs would be bigger (I think my brain combined what you were saying with those things that get a lot bigger when put into water). The ones they have do look a lot easier to make than what my brain thought

to get back on topic after Ms. Admin's derailment lol (just pulling your leg), it's ridiculous how people use all their time and energy just to put other people down on the internet. And for the most infinitesimal (yes, it's a word - eighth grade vocab) of things like listening to "music for teenagers"! My mom just turned seventy in December, and even she likes to listen to K-pop! In my view, if everybody acted their age, the world wouldn't be very exciting or fun.
