I told you I’m in the chicken mood

There’s a lot of chicken breeds I would love to have tbh, and I learn of new breeds all the time but these are the ones at the top of my list.

1. Vorwerk Chicken

Aren’t they so pretty?!

2. Frizzle Chicken

I want a walking floof asap

3. Silkie

Again, I want the floof

4. Jubilee Orpington

Orpington’s are the sweetest chickens in my experience and I love the pattern/coloring for this breed.

5. White Crested Black Polish

I love Polish chickens in general and honestly would be super happy with any variation to this breed but this is my dream polish chicken.

6. Salmon Faverolles

7. Silver Sebright Chicken

They come in gold or silver but the silver is the one I prefer, but both are stunning.

8. Ayam Cemani

Yes they are all black, black feathers, eyes, tongue and bones. Unfortunately no black eggs but hey the chickens are absolutely breathtaking. They’re one of the rarest breeds and a single chick costs at least $80.

The watermael and Sebring are so pretty
But frizzle chicken. Ohmygod j want it. I thought nothing could get cuter than the silk chicken. I want frizzle in my life.

the black chickens are crazy, very mysterious

Your making me a chicken fan, and not just of them prepared in to food. I'm beginning to like living chickens too. I also love how you own and flaunt your love of chickens bravely!

Indeed there’s so many.
I hope one day I can afford one but idk if it will ever happen.

Tbh it took me a few years of having chickens before I really fell in love with them. For the first few years I only ever fed and watered them and didn’t really get to know them and each of their quirks. Once I raised our youngest chickens by hand last year by myself that’s when I really started to appreciate them as pets.
