this is so disappointing, all the girls wanted to do was go to dinner. they looked so uncomfortable and the paparazzi invaded their privacy. and then asked unnecessary questions... like how hard is it to just respect someones personal space.

this guy did the same thing to bts a year ago and then asked them if they wanted to collaborate with ricegum because he was another Asian "artist" (hes a YouTuber lol) and completely invaded their space as well. he also made up lies and paid fans to act disappointed about a meet and greet that was never happening in the first place.


paparazzi like this just annoy me.

the only reason you don't see this in korea is because saesangs don't make youtube videos.
if they did, you'd see a lot worse up there. paparazzi may be bad, but the stalking groups receive from fans is worse honestly.
the worst thing about the press is that they have more public influence, so when they're being dumb it spreads more easily.

yeah but it's still an invasion of privacy, it just annoys me tbh. I honestly dont think it would be a big deal if they were taking pictures from a far enough distance but they made the effort to go up there, film even though they were asked not to, ask dumb questions and then upload it online for everyone to see it when the girls were clearly very uncomfortable.

So sad for the girls, post BTS (including BTS) recognition in us seems double-edged.

Seems so pointless to me-photos have a selling point ig, even if I don't like them bothering my faves but YouTube videos? Idk how/why monetize paps bothering kpop artists, but sad seems it's going to b future of kpop groups in US. (Also means they can't just hang n do normal stuff n enjoy themselves-like TTS did during holler era, instead just bury themselves in a hole if they don't wanna be aggravated by paps.)
