I don't agree with this since I don't think ATEEZ is THIS HEAVY in terms of sound and Rockstar is also an titleYou could have ATEEZ perform this song and nothing would be different - which is a shame. Hope for the next comeback they can explore a different style.
The whole album feels like an ATEEZ one as well. If I had to choose a different song for a title it'd be Rockstar.
I think since Hongjoong and other regular ateez producers worked on this, they might have ended up sticking to things they are used to. I don't think that is entirely negative, but I also think that it wouldn't hurt for the people who worked on the album to try to experiment or draw inspiration from other places. Or maybe get some fresh blood on board with different ideas. You could have ATEEZ perform this song and nothing would be different - which is a shame. I know at least that Maddox and EDEN can offer a wide variety of genres and ideas since they've quite a lot of diverse solo releases. I guess they kind of played it safe with this album by going with a similar sound.I think since Hongjoong and other regular ateez producers worked on this, they might have ended up sticking to things they are used to. Tbh I’m really surprised they went with this as one of the titles since it’s technically a pre-debut song of theirs, they released it (and 2 other songs )shortly after their US training vlogs and I figured it wouldn’t be even put on their mini since From by Ateez was never put on their debut album. You could have ATEEZ perform this song and nothing would be different - which is a shame. Oh that's not necessarily a good idea since if you already heard the song way back, that can kill hype since you know what to expect (similar things have been cited as to why got the beat's impact isn't as big or hyped as they could be...). But we should wait to see how to reception goes since this was just dropped.Tbh I’m really surprised they went with this as one of the titles since it’s technically a pre-debut song of theirs, they released it (and 2 other songs )shortly after their US training vlogs and I figured it wouldn’t be even put on their mini since From by Ateez was never put on their debut album.
I think it’s one of the titles because a lot of fans really loved it.
I hope that’s not the case, but I believe they’ll be promoting both songs and most people who are looking into their debut probably haven’t heard Tricky House yet.Oh that's not necessarily a good idea since if you already heard the song way back, that can kill hype since you know what to expect (similar things have been cited as to why got the beat's impact isn't as big or hyped as they could be...).
