Does anyone here not rinse immediately after brushing their teeth? (1 Viewer)

I was reading some stuff and apparently some people say it’s best not to rinse right after brushing teeth because fluoride and stuff. So I was curious if anyone did this or if everyone rinsed right after?

It makes sense except for one thing. If you use whitening toothpaste you need to rinse immediately after brushing because many whitening tooth pastes use agregates to remove stains which if left can eventually wear enamel. I rinse, but becuase I don't like the taste of tooth paste.

Heard often enough that you shouldn't rinse after brushing your teeth because the toothpaste puts it's important stuff on your teeth and rinsing it gets rid of it. So pick your poison - either you have toothpaste taste for a while or u rinse it off and not keep the good stuff i guess?

Yeah the fluoride gets washed off supposedly. If you have not yucky toothpaste it might not be as bad at least

I rinse with mouth wash, which also has fluoride.

I read that too! So I stopped rinsing. I have about an hour between when I brush my teeth and when I'm at work with my coffee, so it's not too bad. You get used to it.

Oh I thought you meant like ghost pepper toothpaste
Mint is the default so I would imagine it counts as one that you should not rinse right away for.

Not as uncommon as people think. Some people still use sticks.
