Don't try and weasel out of your dirty mindedness! And I'm sure some recordings have Cherry Tok for copyright and trademark reasons. South Korea has ridiculous laws surrounding copyright and trade mark. I was super baffled why you always see so many t-shirts, posters on walls, etc blurred in K-drama's. In the US those things are protected under a fair use doctrine. As long as products are not placed in such a manner as to be used to promote the show or event they are viewed as just the t-shirt that was worn during the show. In Korea, simply wearing the shirt can be scene as copyright infringement. Everyone thinks the school uniforms on Knowing brothers is because they are cute, but in reality they make it much easier on filming and production because they don't have to make sure no tags, emblems, and look a likes are accidentally filmed. That's also why on a lot of variety shows you notice nearly everyone is wearing the same brand of clothing. They got a luxury band to sponsor. In the US that usually means money changed hands. In South Korea a lot of times brands will do these deals for nothing more than permission to have their clothes show with out legal repercussions. Sometimes if a deal is negotiated well the brand will actually provide the clothes but not always.NOOOOOOOOO its your fault!!!!!!! you made me pay attention to it omg!!!
Maybe she says tok now because they noticed how bad they messed up![]()

When I saw the name of the song I had two thoughts, Yeeun and her company are really brave and think Coke will go along with it because of Yeeun's fandom and reputation or they specifically got Coke's permission. I think it's a bit of both. Pepsi is a lot more popular in South Korea (Poof Pepsi is better). So if coke was smart they'd just go a long with it (literally free advertising!) but I bet there is permission given some where and possibly some money. As for Cherry Tok, I bet on that shows or the channels that air the Cherry Tok version their is a pre-existing advertising contract with Pepsi that precludes any advertisement with Pepsi competitors. A contractual clause of this type is illegal in the US because of Anti-Trust Laws but perfectly legal in South Korea.I had no idea! Sounds very stressful
But then why make a song like this? I got it with new jeans, they probably get their bunny ears stuffed with money, but Yeeun is just doing it for free?
Are you secretly a lawyer??When I saw the name of the song I had two thoughts, Yeeun and her company are really brave and think Coke will go along with it because of Yeeun's fandom and reputation or they specifically got Coke's permission. Law has always been interesting to me. I once worked in a legal library but I still read cases because they are interesting. I follow several lawyers on youtube for fun as well. I wish I had made better decisions and became a litigating attorney. I would have a lot more money! Are you secretly a lawyer??
Also from my experience companies are not very smart when it comes to taking the free adverstising and better sue like wilidlings
instead of taking those millions of math tests, you could still study lawTheb
