The most toxic cruel people still manage to somehow make friends. They must be damn good manipulators. And it’s sad to see people falling for the innocent persona. When behind closed doors they really are the most ruthless people. Maybe they aren’t happy with their own lives so they wanna make others miserable. I don’t know, maybe I shouldn’t make such assumptions. But I’ve met too many people like that. Do I claim myself to be innocent? No. You think I should let it go? No. I’m angry and I never feel like I’m never listened to or there’s so much fake concern going on. I’m not okay, I’ve been saying that for so long.​

Don't know, but from a guy who used to be a horrid human being. Yeah, I was way worse... I had more friends then than I do now. Terrible people hate themselves more than they hate anyone else. If you think how they treat others is bad you should see how they treat themselves when no one is looking. That's no excuse though! I can't say sorry to most of the folks I was a jerk to in the past so I'll say sorry for of who ever hurt you today.

How do terrible people have friends? Birds of a feather flock together. Bad people like hanging out with other bad people. Then they all just keep on dragging each other down and making each other’s situations even worse. Or it could always be manipulation like you said.

Also, it’s okay to not be okay. You have every right to be upset. I hope you feel better soon, but no matter what, never forget how much your friends and girlfriend love you and always will. Also, I didn’t know you felt that way. If you ever want someone to listen to you, you’ve always got me.

I think bad people end up with friends due to how they usually come across as confident and well adjusted which people will be drawn to that if it's something they are envious of as these can be traits they lack themselves and are more endeared to become friends with someone as to have those traits in their life.

Then the issue comes when the bad traits kick in down the line and these people aren't looking to write them off easily willing to give the benefit of the doubt to someone who probably doesn't deserve it and will only hurt you more in the long run.

Perception is reality for a lot of people when it comes to judging a person and when encountering a potentially toxic situation if they already have a perception of someone generally they will need to be pulled out of that situation rather than just walking away from it themselves.

because there are more bad people in this world than good, it seems like bad people have all the luck when it comes to making/having friends but honestly it's likely that they're birds of a feather or those people are too blind to see through their friends. whoever hurt or annoyed you, don't waste your energy into anger, instead choose to pity them as hard as it is, you don't deserve to be dragged down by anyone and definitely not by people who are insecure and unhappy to the point they find joy in making others miserable
