And found a Hawaiian recipe for chicken and also a side pasta salad. How authentic is it? Not certain, especially as I made a substitution (we don’t have Japanese soy sauce so I used Chinese. I think it’ll be fine), but the salad so far is tasty at least. The chickens still cooking but hard to go wrong with chicken

Okay there’s many ways to do purposefully wrong with chicken, like correctly mix ingredients that taste bad with chicken. When accounting for mistakes and cooking there are many ways to go wrong with it I agree
