I’m going to try Gatorade soon probably, and I know I should at least try drinking it but I’m worried it’ll upset my stomach more. But the whole fact that it’s been a little over 3 days since I had anything other than water is also not good, so it’s not like I can reasonably ignore that. And yes I am still complaining about this sickness and will continue to do so until Im better

I should have given a flavor request tbh, I didn’t think of that
I had it before when sick with something similar. It was hell. Imo at least.

From my knowledge it is often recommended when vomiting is happening. I was recommended it when younger too.
